By using SpinProof you agree to these terms. They are short and written to be read.

The service

SpinProof provides free random wheels and proof pages. We work to keep it available and correct, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees, and we may change or stop features.

Your content

• You are responsible for the entries and titles you add, and you must have the right to use them.
• Do not use SpinProof to harass people, share hateful or illegal content, or publish other people's private information.
• We may remove wheels or proofs that break these rules or that we are asked to remove for a valid reason.

Prize draws and promotions

If you run a giveaway or promotion, you are responsible for following the rules that apply to it where you and your entrants live. SpinProof is not a licensed lottery or gambling system and must not be used where such a system is legally required.

Fair use

Do not overload the service, scrape it at scale or try to break its security. We limit how many spins one connection can make.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SpinProof is not liable for losses arising from use of the service, including decisions made with a wheel.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
